  1. Five Stars

    Very user-friendlyl, light-weight and holds a lot.

  2. Great for hiking

    Fits your iPhone, keys, etc.

Fits my iphone 6 plus perfectly. Great quality. I am a triathlete and I def recommend this product.

  4. Love it! Love it! Love it!

I love it! It fits great, holds my stuff, and I can thread my headphones through!! I'm so happy I got this!

  5. 5Great two pouch solution for jumbo phones (Note 4, iPhone6+) with plenty of room for other stuff.

Two large left/right pouches that are held snug with the elastic belt. It has enough room for my 5.7" Note 4 with a Verus hard case. I doubt it could hold a Nexus 6. The pouch conforms well to your items so it snuggly wraps around whatever it is you put into them. In the other pouch, I put my wallet, keys, gym badget in with no problems and with space to spare.

The pouches stay in place and don't cause any problems like chaffing or drifting around. I also hang a microfiber towel in the elastic belt part to dry off with. I have never had the towel fall out. I use this belt at the gym and have not had any problems. The zippers are super tough and the material that holds the zippers in place is super durable and can stretch or adjust without problems. You can cinch up the tension of the belt. I have been losing weight around the waist and had to cinch it up. :)

This can stand up to any work out. I have done high intensity on elliptical and stair climber. I have been getting into weights on all sorts of machines. The only one I had minor trouble with was the leg press where your legs are compressed down against your abdomen until you press and extend your legs. Sometimes my phone jabs me but it is a jumbo phone in a hard case. Not a problem once I get into the rhythm of things.

I prefer this one over another pouch because that one just clips in place with a magnet. With a heavier phone, it can make your shorts/pants sag since it has to be set to the front of your pants and has no way of holding itself up other than the magnet. With this one, it holds itself up great even when under bursts of HIIT activity.

I have not tried this out on the road but I am confident it will be fine for outdoor runners as it stands up great to sweaty shirts, etc.

Overall I am very happy with this and am thankful I can keep my phone secure without having to worry about it getting damaged or the belt flopping about. I can focus on my 2 hour workouts and get in the zone that much easier.

I always had issues with shopping for work out clothing to ensure they have pockets to house my items like my keys/phone or giving them to my boyfriend to hold while we jog. Purchasing this was the best thing I spent my money on and so glad I bought it. It's very slim and lightweight and I can fit my iPhone 6, keys, doggie bags. It comes with two pockets (side by side) so placing my keys in one pocket and my phone in the other (bc I like to take pictures) are very ideal as it wouldn't be so great if I somehow lost my keys. This is a must have if you are very active!!

  7. Gear Beast is more than just a cool name

I have been searching for awhile for a running belt that would hold my Iphone comfortably. I have an Otter Box on my phone and most running belts are not big enough to fit my phone and be able to zip.

Not only is the belt big enough, but it sits very comfortably on my waist.

Probably my favorite part of this product is the name. My running friends have since made fun of my "fanny pack" However, I always respond saying, "this is clearly not a fanny pack, it is a GEAR BEAST" which tends to quiet them down :)

Overall, great product and I would recommend to anyone.

  8. Perfect for trips to the theme park

I am not a runner, so I cannot review this product for that purpose. We are planning a trip to Universal Studios and I was looking for a belt to carry my phone, ID/money, and small compact camera. This belt is perfect. It is large enough to wear low across my hips (44 in). I did say I wasn't a runner! The pockets are the same size and expand from the back to hold a ridiculous amount. I will be able to carry my phone and money/ID in one pocket and my small compact camera in the other. Now, as we get on and off rides at the theme park, I will not have to place my things in a locker. I will update this review after our trip to report how the belt held up and how easy it was to use.

  9. I do not like arm bands which feel constricting on my arms

Just ordered three of these for running and gym use. I do not like arm bands which feel constricting on my arms. The cords coming from the armbands always annoyed me. Ran with the belt and it was great. There was minimal bounce (I might have to tighten just a bit more). What was great as using the belt during weight training. I had my phone 6 with otter box commuter case and it had plenty of room to spare in the pouch. I used a Bluetooth headset and the belt kept everything in one place and rocked on through my workouts. I placed my keys and ID in the second pouch and i did not notice I was even wearing something around my waist. Material quality is excellent and product manufacture is spot on. It feels comfortable to run and exercise. It has a high quality feel much like the more expensive running belts that are three times as much. I am in the service which helps out a lot to have pockets for items as keys, IDs, 3x5 cards and pens that I have to carry while conducting physical training (I wear the belt under my shirt so it is not visible). I am really glad on this purchase and would recommend it to my family and friends. The other two are for my wife and my aunt who are both avid runners. I am definitely going to Gear Beast.com to see what other products they offer. Did i mention that it comes with a lifetime hassle free warranty?
