Because I don't have pockets or belt on most of my clothing, I tend to lay my phone down and then walk to another part of the building. This item allows me to keep the phone with me, and it even fit over my Otterbox@

Gear Beast goes to the Sahara

Our Gear Beast Universal Web Smartphone Lanyards were the perfect thing to keep our iPhones secure while traveling by camel in the dunes of the Sahara Desert. We used them throughout our trip to Morocco, keeping our iPhones handy, so that we could capture photos of the beautiful sights we came upon. Though I hated to part with it, I passed my Gear Beast Lanyard on to a lovely young woman I met at the end of my trip who was on a six month trip around the globe. She was thrilled to have it for her travels.
